I took an important package to my usual post office and paid to have it shipped priority mail to Washington DC by Wednesday of the current week. I notified the recipient of its impending arrival. Wednesday came and went and it still hadn’t arrived. As of today, Friday the package is still sitting in a Washington DC office. The package contained time-sensitive material and now languishes in an unknown facility in our nation’s capitol. My local office is unable to help and I am not entitled to any monetary compensation. I will not use USPS again for important mail service.

  18. I went to the Stuart FL. post office on January 30, 2020 to mail my tax payments on my rental properties.
