  4. The Ferndale PO 98248 had a very unfriendly reputation for many years. Attitudes made it much more likely to make someone drive to Custer, WA for even small business items rather than go into the Ferndale office.
    Although I still go in on guard I have to say, things have changed! I did business with a clerk whose name is Randy. He was that day and usually is friendly and helpful. I’m glad to finally be able to say something good about Ferndale. He is the reason.

  5. On 11/27/2018 I mailed a package, a Christmas present, at Port Hueneme, CA post office, 11.60 oz, $23.50 AIRMAIL. On 12/21/2018 I received a tracking notice that the package was now at LAX. Where was the package for 24 days ? It took 4 more days for the package to be shipped, it arrived at the destination on 1/2/2019.
    Why did I have to pay first -class airmail when it took 36 days to be delivered ?

  6. The post office in Jennings, Mo. is the worst. They never ever have enough people working . You can’t even get a passport there because know one is there to take the picture. They need an overhaul of the whole place.

  8. The post office at Akron, PA. should be the template for all post offices. The people there are so good that I have 2 other post offices nearer to me but I go out of my way to go there instead.

  9. The Clerk #27 at the Bruce B. Downs P.O. 33647 was absolutely wonderful and helpful when we went there to send a package. I was not able to complete the survey over the phone but do not want this excellent Clerk to go unrecognized. And… he is a Veteran too!!!! My Bill# 840-53270288-6-2204058-2.
